Perceived Usefulness (PU)
The degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would enhance their performance.

"Will this help me get more work done or make my life better?"
Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU)
The degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would be free from effort.

"Is this easy to learn and simple to operate?"

Key Insight: Perceived Ease of Use has a direct positive effect on Perceived Usefulness. If a tool is easier to use, people perceive it as more useful because they can accomplish more with less effort.
